Please review the following terms that govern our replacement guarantee: Coverage Details This guarantee applies to all SCUBA Network-branded masks purchased directly from SCUBA Network or its authorized Amazon store. Eligible customers may request a replacement mask in the event of accidental damage, breakage, or loss. The program is designed to give you peace of mind — so if something happens to your gear, we’ve got your back. Replacement Policy Coverage lasts for 5 years from the date of original purchase. Customers may request up to one (1) replacement every 90 days. A $25 handling cost is required for each replacement request. Shipping costs apply for online or mail-in replacements. Customers who complete their replacement in-store do not pay shipping, but do have to pay handling for staff to facilitate the replacement for the customer from the warehouse. Replacement masks will be the same model and color if available; otherwise, a comparable model will be provided. Product registration is required to activate this guarantee. Exclusions Excessive or repeated claims beyond the once-per-quarter limit may be declined. This program is for individual customers only and is non-transferable. How to File a Replacement Request Register your mask at scubanetwork.com/warranty within 30 days of purchase. Submit a replacement request using the online form. Once approved, pay the $25 handling cost. Choose: In-store pickup (no shipping required), or Shipped replacement (shipping cost applies) Proof of Purchase A valid order number or receipt from SCUBA Network or an authorized retailer is required. If the mask was a gift, the purchaser must provide proof of purchase on your behalf. Q: Do You Welcome Divers of All Backgrounds?

Absolutely! We are proud to be an inclusive and welcoming dive shop for everyone, regardless of race, sexual orientation, gender identity, and religion. If you have any issues or feel anyone is not living up to these ideals, bring it to our attention and we will take care of it immediately.

Q: Do I Have to Be From New York or Florida to Go On a Trip?

Nope! We have travelers who join us from all around the world. There's no need to live near one of our stores to join us on a trip.

Q: Can I Get Paired With a Roommate?

Yes! Since we have many solo travelers, we try to pair people based on vibes. People have become best friends with people on these trips based on that! Alternatively, you can choose to have a single room as well (additional cost), which we offer on most land based trips.

Q: How Many People Go On Your Trips?

It depends. But generally it's about 20. Some trips are larger, some are smaller, but for the most part that's what you can expect.

Q: My Partner Doesn't Dive. Can They Come on Your Dive Trip With Me?

Yes! We often get non-divers on our trips who want to lounge on a beautiful beach.

Q: How Long Does It Take to Get Certified?

That all depends. People have done it as quickly as a week, some people spread it out over months. The more time you have, the better since you have more flexibility and options. The academic portion takes about 6-8 hours, the pool is usually around 6 hours total, and the open water portion requires 4 dives that are usually conducted over two mornings (most places do 2 dives at a time). If you are in a particular time crunch, give us a call and we can chat about how we can get you done in time.

Q: Where Should I Do My Open Water Dives?

For your open water dives, you have some options. You can come on a trip with us, and your certification dives are included free in the trip. You can do it through our shop in Fort Lauderdale, taking a weekend to complete it. If it's in season (generally May - October), you can go to Long Island. Or, you can go anywhere in the world on your own trip and complete it there.
